Shipping

Shipping will be done via UPS ground (United
Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).

Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours after
receipt of order and payment. (Excluding Weekends and Holidays)

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

When payment is by echeck through PayPal or money
order, please add 5 days to the shipping time due to the time for it
to clear the Bank.

Refused shipments: Should you refuse to take delivery of any
confirmed placed order you will be responsible for ALL shipping
charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee.

Shipments returned to the warehouse: Will be subject to ALL
shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee.

Enterprises online shipping and
handling costs vary according to the amount of each purchase and the
total weight.

For minimum Wholesale orders we charge a flat
rate of $28 for delivery in Lower USA only, (this usually is up to
$250 in prisms)

If your order exceeds 8 pounds , then it is
shipped per the postal rate for weight.
Example: if you order $250 worth of round 40mm balls it will weigh
up to 30 pounds, and will go by weight which would be approx. $36
UPS. These items are lead crystal, and very heavy!

minimum order to purchase at the wholesale prices.

Rush Deliveries
Regardless of your order total and corresponding
shipping charges, rush delivery will cost more
depending on your total order. Must email or
call us for the exact shipping cost before making payment.
Returns
Items that are delivered broken or damaged may be returned for either
replacement or refund (at the option of D&Z Enterprises).
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Refused

Pricing and Availability
While prices and product availability cannot be guaranteed, a
continuous effort is made to keep our website prices current and to
depict only those items that are available for shipment. However,
out-of-stock situations and price spikes do occur from time to time.
Our policy is to notify
the customer immediately when an item is not available, and to provide
an estimated date when the item will be shipped.
