All of our products are 100% guaranteed. Every product you buy must be free of defects or you may return it within five days of delivery for immediate replacement or full refund. Customer is responsible for all retuned items shipping cost, (Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.)

Manufacturing design changes occur from time to time.  Although we contract for specific models, designs, etc. as shown in the photos, we have no control over minor variations, and reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from their suppliers.

Hand-painted and/or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown.  Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items of porcelain, alabastrite, ceramic, wood, stone, glass, etc. are created by various artists and artisans.  Each brings an individual and personalized talent to his or her work, making these products truly one-of-a-kind collectors' items.

Our Return Policy:
Our success depends on your satisfaction. If you received damaged or defective merchandise please contact us immediately – we will be happy to credit or replace your merchandise. (Less S/H and Taxes)

• Refused shipments:  Should you refuse to take delivery of any confirmed placed order you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipments returned to the warehouse:  Will be subject to ALL shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, contact us immediately. You must e-mail or phone before returning item - in some cases you may need a return authorization number.
